Why We Started

Software built for the long run.

Cirrus Lake Solutions was founded in 2023 by engineers who had spent years watching the same pattern play out. Software gets built to ship a launch, then quietly falls apart under real production load. Compliance work gets bolted on at the end, slowing teams down for months. Senior engineers get pulled into firefighting instead of architecture. None of it is anyone's fault, exactly. It is just what happens when consulting firms optimize for hours billed instead of systems that last.

We wanted to do this differently. Bring in senior engineers from day one. Treat compliance and operational readiness as the work, not a checkbox at the finish line. Embed in client teams instead of pitching from outside. Use AI-augmented engineering where it makes the team faster without giving up oversight. Build what your team can actually own and extend after we leave.

Today we work with federal health research agencies, technology platforms, and organizations across regulated industries where the engineering challenges are real. The common thread is clients who care about what their systems look like a year from now, not just on launch day.

What We Care About

Mission & Values

The principles we hold to, even when delivery pressure pushes the other way.

Production-Grade Quality

We build for long-term operation. The system that runs reliably six months after launch matters more than the demo on day one.

Transparency

Clear communication, honest status, no black boxes. If something is at risk, you hear about it before it becomes a problem.

Partnership Over Transactions

We embed with your team, not pitch from the outside. Your goals are our goals, your timeline is our timeline.

Craftsmanship

Documented, maintainable, considered. Code your team is not afraid to touch six months from now.
